Abstract
With the advent of single-molecule observation and
manipulation, motor proteins had been widely used to investigate
single-molecular behaviors. Because they are also enzymes, the
mechanism of their mechanochemical coupling has been considered
as one of the most pressing challenges in understanding celluar
motility. Here, we briefly introduce our theoretical works on
DNA polymerase, kinesin and collective myosins. |
