Welcome to ICSCRM2007
The International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM) has become a globally renowned forum for discussions on the latest research results and the state of the art for wide bandgap semiconductors.

Wide band gap semiconductors like silicon carbide, gallium nitride and diamond, featuring a band gap twice as wide as that of silicon, are promising materials for application as ultra-low-loss power switching devices, ultraviolet sources and high-power microwave sources.

The conference aims to facilitate exchanges of information among people involved in theory, material characterization, fabrication processes and devices, among other fields.

Important Dates

May 18, 2007: Deadline for regular abstract submission.
